Over the past year we've seen growing use of video CVs and portfolios by job seekers across our network of sites.
In 2012 we began offering the facility for candidates to upload video CVs as part of our standard recruitment website software.
However, previously candidates were required to upload their videos in MP4/FLV format. Thanks to our latest software upgrade, our customers can now offer their candidates the facility to upload video CVs in any format and the website will convert it to MP4, meaning it will work in all video players.
This saves time and hassle for your candidates who will no longer need to perform the conversion manually, meaning more registrations and hopefully, more placements!
There is no cost to activate our video CVs functionality but you need to pay for any additional hosting requirements based on the amount of video CV data uploaded by your candidates.
